ENGINE THREE is inspired by a real fire company – PFD Engine 3, located on Moyamensing Avenue in South Philadelphia.

First commissioned as the Weccacoe Fire Company in 1871; the current station opened in 1960 and sits adjacent to the Philadelphia Mummer’s Museum on S 2nd Street – known to locals simply as “Two Street.”
